We're still building a house in Nepal
With another lockdown looming, MicroAid is racing against the clock to finish the house for our beneficiary family in Nepal.
Before the April lockdown, we were in the middle of taking down their old earthquake-damaged house and building a new one. Then, last month, were able to resume construction. All the while, the survivor family has been living in temporary quarters.
Thanks to the efforts of our Nepali in-country project manager, we are back on track and making good progress.
And thanks to our donors, MicroAid is able to continue this work: building permanent houses for disaster survivors even while the world is struggling with multiple other issues.
Can you imagine what it would be like not to have a secure comfortable place to lockdown during the corona virus pandemic?
This makes our work more important than ever.
Please donate now. Thank you.
Hoping you and your family are safe and healthy.
Thank you for your support.
