MicroAid International Inc. is a non-sectarian, independent, privately funded 501(c)(3) not-for-profit (NFP) organization incorporated in the State of California. As a Long-Term Recovery Organization, MicroAid supports recovery projects through multiple contributors, but works as a single entity to bring American resources to bear on post-disaster recovery related needs around the world.

100% of all donations go to assisting people in need, not to overhead. Overhead is funded directly by the MicroAid board of directors, foundations, and specific donors.

MicroAid operates from a common pool of funds administered by the organization and its board. By providing no-strings-attached hands-on assistance directly to disaster survivors, MicroAid assures donors that their contributions create a meaningful impact, and that 100% of their donations go directly to assisting people in need.
